There is no such place as Madela in the province of Quirino. However, there is a municipality called Maddela , and in this municipality there is a barangay called Disimongal. It is possible that the name of the place is just misspelled in the paper. The paper also indicated that another collection was done in May 2015 in the province of Quirino.
