Comments
The 2016 paper has included other distribution data such as the islands of Panay and Leyte (page 195, reference 3). These are not included in the distribution map above because the specific provinces were not presented.

Wildlife Gratuitous Permits (WGP) may need to be verified to confirm the accuracy of the locality where the specimens were collected. WGPs are issued by the Regional offices of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. Copies of the WGPs can be acquired through a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
