Comments on Locality Data

In this paper [1], P. congestus aedamlayroni distribution was declared as "Luzon island, Ilocos Province" (page 149, reference 1). The declared locality is similar to P. kirklayroni in the same paper. The commentary on the data as well as other related insights are discussed in the post for P. kirklayroni.
